We are very pleased to welcome Dr. Marina Martini from Zurich to our ranks.
With Dr. Martini we have a long and successful cooperation in strategy development, transformation management, culture development and post-merger integration at AMEOS.
Together we designed and successfully implemented many programs.
Dr. Martini gave key-notes and lectures in our university activities at Fresenius University and oezpa Academy.

Dr. Martini brings considerable knowledge and experience in the field of strategy, transformation and post-merger integration. She thus strengthens our consulting teams.
Dr. Martini most recently co-managed the AMEOS Group in the role of Chief Development Officer. In the role of Chief Development Officer (CDO), Ms. Martini was responsible for the tremendous growth of the AMEOS Group. Her Board of Management responsibilities also included key functions such as Human Resources Management, Corporate Communications, Medical Development and Purchasing & Logistics.
Dr. Martini studied medicine in Heidelberg and worked as a physician after receiving her doctorate. After this time, she began her career in the healthcare industry, which led her to her position on the Board of AMEOS.
Dr. Martini is a member of various supervisory, administrative and advisory boards.
