Our history
Synergies between consulting and academy
oezpa SWISS GmbH is a nationally and internationally active consulting and educational institute specializing in the interaction of strategy, organizational and human resources development. The oezpa SWISS GmbH was founded in 2016, following the oezpa GmbH, Germany, which has existed for almost 30 years.
Besides our consulting projects in our home market Switzerland and Germany, we have been internationally active over the years (USA, China, Turkey, England, Poland, France, Italy, India as well as Ireland).
Thus, our long-standing consulting and training activities in the field of strategy, organizational and team development, coaching, project management and leadership development have become established both nationally and internationally.
Our self-understanding
We accompany executives, employees, teams and organizations in their autonomous development. In our consulting and coaching work, we are guided by a comprehensive understanding of development and a holistic view of the organization. We take into account the interaction of strategies, structures, processes, cultures and people.
In the self-image of the services we offer, we see ourselves as a consulting and training company. Our speciality lies in the networking of different services and methodical approaches, which make a holistic and sustainable development and change work possible in the first place.
