Professionally Supporting People, Cultures and Organizations Through Change
Changes within organizations are never purely factual or methodological processes. New strategies, reorganizations, digitalization, changing roles and modern forms of collaboration invariably affect people, relationships, leadership and organizational culture.
This is precisely where the oezpa group’s two-day “Coaching & Change Compact” seminar comes in. On 18 and 19 September 2026, participants will gain practical insights into three key areas of professional change management:
- Business coaching
- Change management
- Organizational development and organizational culture
Understanding Change Holistically
Successful change processes require more than project plans, methods and milestones. They require an understanding of how people respond to new demands, how roles change and which cultural and emotional dynamics are at work within an organization.
During the seminar, we therefore examine the interactions between:
- the individual and their personality
- professional roles
- leadership and collaboration
- teams and the organization as a whole
- organizational culture
- formal and informal structures
Participants learn to view change from a systemic perspective and support it professionally.
Day 1: Coaching – Understanding the Individual, Their Role and the Organization
The first day of the seminar focuses on people within their organizational context. Participants work with selected coaching models and the oezpa Coaching Process.
Topics include:
- roles, attitudes and professional support in business coaching
- the individual, their role and the organization as an interconnected system
- clarifying concerns, objectives and next steps
- professional questioning techniques
- active listening
- developing hypotheses and providing feedback
- the GROW model and other coaching approaches
- practical coaching sessions
- reflection on participants’ own questions and practical cases
The objective of the first day is to develop greater confidence in coaching situations and in working professionally with people in their workplace environment.
Day 2: Change and Organizational Culture – Understanding and Shaping Transformations
On the second day, the perspective broadens to include teams, leadership and the organization as a whole. Particular emphasis is placed on the importance of organizational culture for successful change and transformation processes.
Topics include:
- the fundamentals of change and transformation processes
- emotions, uncertainty and resistance
- transformation models and change architectures
- recognizing and reflecting on organizational culture
- values, norms, routines and informal rules
- the relationship between leadership and culture
- professionally addressing resistance, ambivalence and conflict
- transitioning between the roles of coach, consultant, facilitator and sparring partner
- working on participants’ own change projects and practical cases
The objective is to shape transformations more effectively and consciously use organizational culture as a success factor for change.
Practical, Interactive and Systemic
The seminar combines concise expert input with practical application. Participants not only work with theoretical models but also apply the content directly to their own professional challenges.
Our methodology includes:
- concise input and selected models
- exercises and practical applications
- case-based work
- peer coaching and collegial consultation
- group-dynamic reflection
- transfer to participants’ own organizations
This creates a safe learning environment in which participants can exchange experiences, explore different perspectives and develop new courses of action.
