After our LIVE coaching modules, with which we have had very good experiences over the years, we did a LIVE Organizational Culture Analysis last weekend. Beginning with a corporate tour and a few words from the owner, our participants started the qualitative interviews according to Edgar Schein for cultural analysis. Volunteers from all levels of the hierarchy gave insights into the organization, which were evaluated on the second day of training. These were exciting and intense days with great experiences and results!
