Since Monday a Group Dynamic Training ”Sensitivity Training Person and Group” takes place in a picturesque area of the canton Obwalden; it is guided by Prof. Dr. Olaf Geramanis, University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland FHNW. A classic T-group training, which was developed in 1947 under Kurt Lewin as Sensitivity training. It strengthens the competencies that are particularly important in today’s teamwork: participation, self-management, dealing with trust.
