Advanced Training “Digital Transformation & Leadership”

The digital transformation is the profound, comprehensive and accelerating transformation of companies, their business models and their processes. As a result of these radical changes, companies are constantly compelled to differentiate themselves from their competitors and to create new inward-looking customer experiences and worlds of experience for their employees. The goal of the digital transformation is to take full advantage of the opportunities that digital technologies and tools offer businesses. Concerning this, it is also important to examine the digital possibilities to what extent they allow the adaptation of business models and network among value chains.
The digital transformation is therefore increasingly changing our day-to-day work in companies. This digitization of the working environment not only brings opportunities, but also risks, especially if cultural and psychological factors are not taken into account.
Many transformation programs fail not because of the wrong technology. They fail due to the insufficient consideration of corporate cultural factors and the needs of employees. People’s feelings about digital transformation or about the challenges of Industry 4.0 are usually not sufficiently considered. We can observe this phenomenon in many transformation projects.
Digitization enables new forms of work. Conversely, these new forms of work encourage and accelerate digital transformation. The digital workplace is all over. Borders become blurred. In turn, this, in addition to the benefits such as flexibility and self-determination, puts employees under psychological pressure. Managers and employees must learn to handle these digital opportunities productively and carefully. Executives are being challenged, as the classic aspects such as presence and regular working hours, etc. no longer work.
Goals and target audience
The training is concentrated on the control of the transformation process. Here we will work on the transformation methods and on psychological and cultural measures. Participants learn and deepen the necessary tools for the success of the transformation process. You gain an overview of leadership and transformation tools and receive the most important essences from the field, from research & development and from management. Clearly structured procedures and practical steps are presented and deepened. Participants bring in potential own practice questions and cases on request and work out with the group transformation and optimization approaches in a small circle.
Participants receive exclusive practical insight and together develop a transformation guide based on best practice approaches.
The training is aimed at specialists and executives, staff functions and consultants as well as coaches who are involved in digital transformation processes or who were able to gain initial experience. At the same time, the training is aimed at people who want to deepen their knowledge of digitization and digital transformation processes.
