“Cologne students take part in a seminar lasting several days at the consulting institute oezpa in the former monastery Walberberg.
Together with executives of renowned companies as well as external coaches and consultants, the students actively dealt with the subject of large group moderation. The program included a World Café, a Future Search and an Open Space conference on “What can companies learn from start-ups?”. “We worked and learned across generations. During the role plays, dialogue rounds, strategy checks and joint work, the students were not only able to gain new experiences and broaden their competencies, but also to establish contacts with companies”, – summarizes Dr. Hüseyin Özdemir from the Hochschule Fresenius in Cologne, who is also active at the oezpa Institute.
A total of 23 students were able to attend the seminar with a scholarship from the institute. The oezpa has been a cooperation partner of the Hochschule Fresenius since 2010.” (Source: Hochschule Fresenius, Cologne)
