Seminar: Change Management
Activating and supporting change
Our organisational, work and management processes are in a constant state of flux (process improvement). Change processes often seem to run too quickly – and the staff loose the orientation and original values. Others seems to run too slowly – with employees longing for more management cohesion! Sometimes they actually remain stationary (who actually wanted the change anyway?!), are terminated or fall into reengineering ruin.
In change process, a lot is demanded of us: The old no longer works, the new does not function yet, it is a No man’s Land. He who wishes to accompany organisations through this procedure requires professional knowledge of the sequence of change processes, strategies, methods and instruments with which to systematically apply change processes. Excellent social skills are also vital, in order to have and maintain contact in the organisation with which to understand it, convey something to it and support it. This is where this workshop will support you.
We also offer these seminars as in-house seminars. We will be very happy to provide you with a proposal.
