In the intensive seminar “ORGCAMP” our participants work in the Double Task method according to Harold Bridger. It is being worked on “caselabs” (practice cases) and simultaneously observed and reflected the unconscious and conscious group dynamic processes.
Melf Dietrichsen (Regional People and Organizational Development Manager Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Kuehne + Nagel (AG & Co.) KG) gave us feedback after his participation:
He was able to gain many lasting insights: he became more aware of the importance of group and psychodynamic processes in organizational consulting, he was able to promote his self-reflection in particular on his own transference phenomena and receive feedback on his own person from the other group members.
Through his learning moments, Mr. Diedrichsen has a great interest in the subject of group relations: “I would like to deal more intensively with the topic and participate in a Group Relations Conference.” For Mr. Dietrichsen, the reflection of the counseling and the group process as well as the discussion of the practice cases in small and large groups was especially helpful in the Double Task method.
We look forward to welcoming Mr. Dietrichsen back to our 20th Orglab in June 2019, in order to continue the intensive learning moments.
