Together with the Institute of Electronic Business (IEB), IDG Executive Education (COMPUTERWOCHE / CIO) invites to Hamburg in June and to Munich in October to the “Digital Leader Academy”.
Thomas Schildhauer (left) and Hüseyin Özdemir will lead the seminar “Digital Leadership”.
The first round will take place on June 5 and 6, 2018 in Hamburg, including an on-site visit to the shipping container giant MSC, which won the special award “Disruption” in 2016 for its “Cloud Bill of Lading” project. There, the participants learn how the company masters the digital transformation in an otherwise rather “analogue” industry.
The overriding goal of the seminar is to give you the tools to become a Digital Leader. Seminar leader Özdemir: “As a Digital Leader, you will lead your organization and your team reliably, keep track of technology trends such as Cloud, Robotics, Mobile, Virtualization, Big Data, Social Collaboration and Artificial Intelligence, recognize new networked organizational forms and introduce the ‘Digital Workplace’. It’s also about developing new business models, optimizing internal processes and operating smart data management.
The “Digital Leader” is working on creating unique customer experiences and thus also as a “storyteller” who, with dedication and passion for the opportunities of the economy 4.0 and digitization, pulls his employees and leads them into the future. “
Of course it is hardly possible for a single person to be such a ” jack of all trades”, but a little understanding and knowledge of all the above points does not hurt.
