Team building
Teams have their own rules and particular dynamic.
With the aid of roll-playing exercises, observation tasks and feedback, we assist you in organising your teamwork for greater efficiency and comfort, for intensifying strengths, learning from weaknesses and releasing potentials.
Success can only be guaranteed if not only the factual but also the emotional planes are considered.
In order to achieve this, we often apply group-dynamic elements or encourage the participants to present the current situation or the image of the"ideal team"using analogue media (e.g. diagrams, team charts).
At the centre of the team development process is the common intention - the self-perception of the common goals, tasks and rolls.

Team diagnostics
The following questions are vital to a team diagnosis:
- To what extent are our working goals and tasks clear?
- How do the individual and differing working styles of the various team members have an effect on work in general?
- Where should we concentrate with regards to the development of cohesion and the acceptance of responsibilities within our team?
- How are the rolls divided up?
- Well-grounded team diagnosis will support you in making decisions on the application and concrete objectives of measures for team development.
Possible objectives of team diagnostics in practice:
- Understanding the current team situation and acquiring information
- Adjusting the team composition to conform with the company strategy and objective
- Institutionalised feedback within the framework of comprehensive quality management
- Team-preference analysis using the principles of MBTI
- Sensitisation of the employees towards internal group processes
- Comparing the team with other successful teams (benchmarking)
- Assessing the effectiveness of team development measures
